​Can I cancel my booking? 
You can reschedule a booking 48 hours prior to the appointment however deposit amount will not be refunded if you fail to attend or cancel a booking.

Can I wait at the unit whilst my car is getting valeted?
Absolutely! We have a comfortable waiting area with a smart TV at your disposal. Or you can play Fifa (PS5) with free refreshments to enjoy while you wait. 

How to book machine polishing services?
We need to inspect the vehicle's paint condition at our unit for bookings and quotation. Please feel free to visit us for a free no-obligation quote.

Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?
Yes absolutely, we value our customers and would like to give back where possible. We have plans which are considerably cheaper and a cost-effective way to clean and maintain multiple cars. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer finance?
Unfortunately not. However, we accept PayPal payments and through them, you can spread the cost or pay later at a convenient time.

Do you take on motor trade/business vehicle fleets?
Yes, any motor trade, garage or vehicle fleets are welcome. We can provide you with a custom plan to suit your requirements. Please contact us for more information. 

Do you charge extra for dog/pet hair?
It depends. In some cases where it's only a very minimal amount, we do not charge extra. But yes, depending on interior condition we can charge up to £30 extra. To avoid disappointment please feel free to visit us for a free no-obligation quote.

Do you take card payments?
Yes we do, we accept most if not all major banks/cards payments.
